Join us for a panel discussing "Reimagining Urban Futures: The Path Forward for New York City and Beyond!"

All alumni, friends, and families are invited to the Virginia Club of New York for our 2025 Real Estate Panel, in partnership with the UVA School of Architecture. Join us for an engaging panel discussion on the future of American cities, with a special focus on New York City.

Our expert panelists will explore the multifaceted challenges and opportunities we are facing as we reevaluate how people want to live, work, and build community. How can cities like New York lead the way in creating vibrant, inclusive, affordable, and sustainable urban landscapes for a changing world and how do your own real estate decisions work into this vision? Join us to learn, share, and be inspired by the possibilities that lie ahead for our cities.

Suzanne Moomaw Chair of the Urban and Environmental Planning Department, will moderate. Panelists include:

  • Dillon Harding (BSArch 2015), Director of Construction at Kering
  • Sandra Joslyn (BSArch 1994), Principal and Technical Director at Gensler
  • Ian Klein (Asst. Professor of Practice, UVA School of Architecture), Senior Vice President/Head of Development at Rabina properties
