UVA in Valencia Alumni and friends of UVA Global,
I invite you to join me September 28-30, 2023 in Valencia to celebrate the 40th anniversary of UVA in Valencia, the University’s longest standing and most popular formal study abroad program.
For many years, it has offered the opportunity to discover and explore Spain and the world beyond, and changed, in many positive ways, the lives of many students. It opened the boundaries of their minds and connected them with people from different cultures and institutions, regardless of their distinctive backgrounds. Over the years, it has grown and expanded, including students coming from many different disciplines. Today the program offers classes in literature, history, art history, Spanish language, politics, psychology, engineering, and pre-health.
After 40 years, it is time to celebrate UVA in Valencia’s achievements and UVA's growth into a global University. You will have the opportunity to get to know the New Valencia, our center, and the people who made it possible. With your participation and generosity, we will be able to continue expanding UVA's global presence and providing opportunities like the ones you enjoyed.
