Alumni, friends, and families joined us for The Latest Trends in Cybersecurity, an exciting panel discussion with UVA alumni. Jack Davidson, Professor of Computer Science and the Director of the Cyber Defense Program of Study moderated the discussion. Aaron Hughes (ENGR ’97), Group Vice President and CISO for Albertsons Companies, Eric Ormes (ENGR ’04), Head of Corporate Cybersecurity and Security Architecture at CLEAR, and Crystal Ro (ENGR ’01), Senior Director, Cyber Analytics and Quality Assurance at BlueVoyant offered their insights and expertise on cyber threats, ransomware, business security models, and other emerging technologies within the vast cybersecurity landscape.
