UVA Clubs: On-Air with Steve Farmer
Steve Farmer (GSAS '86), who serves as the University of Virginia’s Vice Provost for Enrollment, shared his insights on "Enrollment at UVA: Today and Tomorrow" and took questions from the audience. Steve shared his insights on UVA legacy admission and how the love we have for UVA students is thread through all we do before students are on Grounds, through their time as students, and into their lives as alumni.
Steve discussed the importance of scholarships for UVA students. For every dollar contributed to the Bicentennial Scholars Fund, your impact will be increased by UVA matching 50% of your gift.
Stephen Farmer returned to the University on January 1, 2021, as its first Vice Provost for Enrollment. In this role, Farmer is developing and implementing enrollment management and student support strategies. With other leaders and staff members in the offices of Student Financial Services, Undergraduate Admission, and the University Registrar, he is spearheading an enhanced and cohesive enrollment experience for students throughout all phases of the student lifecycle.
Presented by the UVA Clubs and the Office of the Executive Vice President and Provost.
