On-Air with Kevin McDonald: Embracing Diversity and Equity as Pillars of Excellence

You are invited to join us for a private conference call with Kevin McDonald, who serves as the University of Virginia’s Vice President for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Community Partnerships. Kevin will offer his perspective on why diversity, inclusion, and equity matter in higher education and at UVA. He will also discuss what he has learned through his professional career and work while serving as the chief diversity officer and vice chancellor for inclusion, diversity, and equity at other flagship institutions. Kevin will share his insights and then will take questions from the audience.

At the University of Virginia, we envision a community of understanding, tolerance, and respect. Join On-Air with UVA for a conversation on our effort to embrace diversity and equity as pillars of excellence, synergize actions at all levels of the institution, and cultivate inclusiveness and mutual respect throughout the community.

Kevin McDonald joined UVA after serving as the chief diversity officer and vice chancellor for inclusion, diversity, and equity at the University of Missouri System and the University of Missouri – Columbia.

Important Note: Call-in number and passcode will be emailed to registered participants upon registration. You must have these details to access this private phone call.
