UVA Club of Washington DC: DC Hoos Annual Potomac River Cruise

All alumni, friends, and families are invited to join the UVA Club of Washington, DC for our 2024 DC Hoos Party Cruise! Join fellow Wahoos as we dance the night away on the stylish double-decker Boomerang Party Yacht with snacks, a DJ, and an open bar. Bring your party spirit, and let's cruise into a night of excitement and fun!

Looking for calmer seas? You're also invited to join fellow Wahoos for a relaxing lunch cruise on Saturday, September 7 at 11:30 a.m.

Pricing:

• Regular ticket ends on Friday, September 20th - $75
• Week of pricing - $80

Your ticket is non-refundable, but you may transfer your ticket to another individual or if there is a waitlist we will connect you with interested parties needing tickets.

Key Details:

• We'll embark at 7:45 p.m. ET and sail the Potomac until 9:45 p.m. ET.
• The boat leaves promptly at 7:45 p.m. so arrive dockside at least 15 minutes in advance for check-in.
• This event is restricted to attendees 21+.
• This event is a rain or shine event.

Directions:

• Via Uber/Lyft/Taxi: Travel to Georgetown Waterfront. The boat will board from Nick's Riverside Grill.
• Via Metro: From Foggy Bottom and Farragut North, take the bus toward Georgetown, exiting at the 31st Street stop.
• Via Car: There is plentiful parking in Georgetown but meters are scarce on weekends. You may need to use a pay-garage. Be sure to drive responsibly!
