All alumni, friends, and families are invited to join the UVA Club of Coastal Carolina for a very special Jefferson Dinner with VA Wine Pairing at The Seasoned Gourmet in Wilmington. Our hosts are Chef Gwen Gulliksen (Grad Arts & Sciences ’89) and soon-to-be Master Sommelier Mike Summerland. Chef Gwen based her seasonal recipes for this dinner from Thomas Jefferson's Cookbook and Colonial Virginia Cookery; the perfect Virginia wines have been selected to accompany the meal. Please RSVP by 5 p.m. on Wednesday, March 5 - you won’t want to miss this special event!
