UVA Club of Charlottesville: Rotunda Painting Workshops

All alumni, friends, and families are invited to join the UVA Club of Charlottesville for our Rotunda Painting Workshops, led by Clare Spooner (Col' 14)! We will have two time slots on Friday, October 11: the first session is from 2-4 p.m., the second session is from 4:30-6:30 p.m - tickets are $75 per person.

Clare will start each class with some history of the Rotunda through an architectural lens, then demonstrate the way she paints - then it's your turn to paint your masterpiece as Clare walks around and gives you pointers and encouragement.

Watercolor paper, paints, brushes, water vessels, and paper towels will be provided, as well as light refreshments. Please bring a hard surface for your lap, and if you have one, a camping chair (cup holder recommended).

We'll meet on the north side of the Rotunda (street side); in the event of inclement weather, we will update with a covered relocation.
